## Hotel facts
Breakfast at Café 13 is included, 8–10 am. Check-in from 3 pm; check-out by 11 am. All rooms include air conditioning, Wi-Fi and private bathrooms. Rooms 2 and 3 have two single beds. Room 7 is the Family Suite. Only Rooms 7 and 9 have TVs.

## Booking on behalf of a guest
Use the booking page with the actual guest's name and contact email. Optional URL parameters: arrival=YYYY-MM-DD, departure=YYYY-MM-DD, adults=2, children=0, lang=en (or es). Dates use Costa Rica local time. Select enough rooms for every guest; actual room capacity and availability determine valid combinations.

Select available rooms, optionally add an airport shuttle, review the final USD total and the displayed terms, enter guest details, and continue to the offered secure payment provider. Availability and prices can change until checkout; use the current quote, not a price from search results. Rooms are confirmed only after payment is verified and a booking reference is returned. If payment verification is pending, check the same reference; do not start another payment.

Agents may assist with an authorized guest booking. Card credentials belong only on the payment provider's checkout page. A supported virtual card may be used subject to the provider's approval and any authentication requirements. Having an agent wallet does not bypass guest information, consent, payment verification, or the hotel's policies. Human checkout supports Stripe stablecoin payments. See the agent-payment status and documentation below for MPP card support. ACP and x402 are not offered. External activities and shop purchases use separate checkouts.

## Airport shuttle
Private one-way prices for 1–2 passengers: Liberia (LIR) USD 120; San José (SJO) USD 240. Each additional pair of passengers adds USD 20 per journey. For round trips, choose both pickup and drop-off airports. The total is the sum of the two one-way fares, with no discount. Add flight arrival/departure or preferred pickup details in the comments; the hotel emails after booking to confirm exact times. A shuttle can be paid separately or included in a room booking.

## Agent payments setup
A Stripe MPP card booking endpoint is available. Check GET /api/agent/book for status; do not attempt payment unless status is enabled. Protocol documentation: /agent-booking. Human guest checkout supports Card, PayPal and Crypto. Agent crypto-wallet payments are not enabled. Never claim a reservation is confirmed before a verified paid response.
